16 Nov. 2022- 13 Dec. 2023

Responsibilities include:

• Management of the PCBA Test & Repair Centre testing frameworks, equipment and procedures as part of IQC capability.
• Support to PCBA designers within the company on testing capabilities, technologies, options for manufacturing capabilities, reporting shortages of ATE test jigs.
• Manage the development, testing and execution of re-work procedures for Tritium PCB’s from BNE, Amsterdam & Tennessee (US) facilities.
• Manage the engagement with vendors to discuss product design, re-design, upgrades for legacy products.
• Manage quality and supplier feedback to update TRD/PRD documentation in new products.
• Manage minor board re-design, parts selection & prototype testing.
• Manage the RCA process for returned PCBA’s within Tritium for ongoing and legacy products in order to classify, allocate faults to them and updating NCRS accordingly.
• Classification of NCRS as of RCA using Power BI and report to quality manager.
• Documenting critical PCBA faults on Tritium Wiki/ Engineering Team Space.
• Developed a project plan for the automation of the PKM150 RU control shelf (for field services & spares). The goal of this project is to use Vehicle Spy to automate the control shelf test procedure and cut the test duration from ~25 minutes to ~3 minutes only.
